Commercial and Product Training Internship

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Commercial and Product Training Intern for a 6-month period starting in January 2027.

As an intern with Porsche France S.A.S., you will be working closely with the HR Network & Competence Development Manager within the Sales & Network Development department. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Contributing to the design of training modules (sales, product, management) and assisting with the organisation and logistics of these trainings for network employees
• Participating in the deployment of digital product trainings, including verifying translations and content in English, and coordinating with Product Managers
• Supporting the management of HR activities within the network, such as organising assessments and competence tests, updating employee databases, and assisting with certification projects
• Contributing to the management of our Learning Management System - Porsche Academy, including updating training paths, extracting and analysing data, and providing user assistance
• Assisting with the development of projects related to Porsche's 2030+ strategy, including designing training programs for sales excellence and organising workshops for network managers

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, develop a deep understanding of the automotive industry, and work closely with various departments within the organisation.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5)
• Strong interest in the automotive sector
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
