Floor Lead (Retail) (Full-time)

The Floor Lead plays a pivotal role on the store leadership team, driving store success by upholding customer service standards, fostering team development, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing exceptional customer service and promoting services like piercing and engraving
• Leading by example and validating the quality of the in-store customer experience
• Maximizing results and achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Participating in inventory management, order fulfillment, and store organization
• Supporting visual merchandising and maintaining brand standards
• Building healthy relationships with team members and establishing a positive work environment

Requirements:

• Experience in a high-volume retail environment
• Adaptable with excellent organization and analytical skills
• Critical thinking ability to identify challenges and develop action plans
• Physical requirements: ability to stand for 8 hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and work evenings, weekends, and holidays
