Senior Forward Deployed Engineer

ZoomInfo is building its Forward Deployed Engineering function. As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, you will help define how it operates and bring it to life in front of customers. You will embed directly with ZoomInfo's strategic accounts, working alongside their teams to understand their go-to-market challenges and designing bespoke intelligence applications that combine ZoomInfo's third-party data with the customer's first-party data.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Owning strategic customer engagements end-to-end
• Serving as a primary technical point of contact for assigned strategic accounts
• Running discovery sessions with data engineers, sales operations leaders, and revenue stakeholders
• Scoping use cases, designing solutions, building applications, deploying them in the customer's environment, and staying accountable for the outcome
• Bridging technical and business audiences
• Contributing to the FDE playbook and feeding field learnings back to product, engineering, and data teams
• Driving stickiness and expansion opportunities

Requirements include:

• High ownership and comfort with ambiguity
• Strong software and data engineering fundamentals
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience working with customers in a technical capacity
• Familiarity with go-to-market data and infrastructure (preferred)
