Growth Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Strategist to join our Marketing Strategy team. As a Growth Marketing Strategist, you will work with clients to develop full-funnel growth marketing strategies and scope out the work. You will assemble individuals or teams of folks from Right Side Up to help the client achieve their objectives. You will also shepherd opportunities from initial exploratory conversation through to the kick-off of new engagements.

Responsibilities:

• Strategize with clients to develop full-funnel growth marketing strategies and scope out the work
• Assemble individuals or teams of folks from Right Side Up to help the client achieve their objectives
• Shepherd opportunities from initial exploratory conversation through to the kick-off of new engagements
• Have a front row seat to the inner-workings of some of the most impressive marketing programs across a range of industries, business models and stages of maturity
• Build an incredible network with other marketing leaders, and hone your talent interviewing/evaluating skills across disciplines

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of experience in in-house marketing roles, and/or agency experience, focusing on growth
• A proven track record of scaling campaigns and managing complex growth organizations
• Strong project management skills with an ability to juggle many constantly-shifting priorities
• Proven experience managing a team
• Ability to communicate effectively with and relate to clients
• A flexible mindset and are willing to work across multiple verticals and industries
