Sr. Analyst, Banca Channel Application

As a Sr. Analyst, Banca Channel Application, you will design, develop, and maintain Banca channel related systems.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Development & Architecture (50%):

• Design systems architecture flow for project business processes, involving other systems teams for guidance
• Implement function design for new features
• Design architecture for new systems
• Study group policy and communicate with technical/security experts in technical solution reviews

Technical & Project Support (30%):

• Support business requirement analysis, architecture solution, and cost estimation
• Review business requirements and function designs
• Guide junior developers and vendors in development work
• Perform production maintenance and enhancements

Project Delivery (20%):

• Lead and participate in projects related to Banca channel applications
• Manage project scoping, development, unit testing, implementation, user training, and closure as an application system project lead
• Deliver project documentation according to schedule

Job Requirements:

• University Bachelor degree or above
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, both oral and written
• 5+ years of professional experience in Java backend development
• Proficient in Spring Framework (especially Spring Boot) and MyBatis for data access layer implementation
• Strong expertise in microservices, with hands-on experience in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud (or alternatives like Dubbo), service discovery, and API gateways
• Strong proficiency with MySQL, excellent command of SQL, solid understanding of ACID transactions, isolation levels, and locking mechanisms
• Experience designing and optimizing indexes for complex queries
• Experience with enterprise-level system's performance enhancement and high availability improvement
• Previous experience in banks, insurance, or other financial institutions is preferred
• Experience in training, recruitment, or onboarding system development is preferred
• Familiarity with generative AI techniques and understanding of fundamental machine learning principles are preferred
• Familiarity with vibe coding is preferred
