As a Sales Advisor - Foods at Marks & Spencer in Cork, Patrick Street, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience by serving and selling in-store and through all digital channels.
Your key accountabilities will include:
- Creating an exceptional customer experience by proactively serving customers and role-modelling service behaviours
- Selling confidently to customers using your knowledge of products and services
- Understanding the store business priorities and playing your part in improving store performance
- Adapting and working flexibly across the store to meet customer and business needs
The ideal candidate will be able to work flexibly, including Sundays, Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, with full flexibility required outside of these hours.
