Description
We are seeking an Investigations Lawyer to join our team at the intersection of investigations and dispute resolution. You will work with our clients to identify civil claims, track and secure assets, and enforce high-volume damages in court disputes.
Responsibilities:
- Secure and analyze evidence and manage the enforcement of economic claims following compliance investigations
- Develop and implement strategies for International Asset Tracing & Recovery in complex, often cross-border compliance cases
- Enforce identified client claims in national and international court proceedings, as well as in out-of-court disputes following compliance investigations

Requirements:
- Two satisfactory legal state exams
- Good English language skills, which can be further developed in internal courses
- Enjoyment of challenging legal work and a sense of economic feasibility
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Enjoyment of teamwork
- A PhD or LL.M. degree obtained abroad is not a requirement but a welcome additional qualification
