Description
We are seeking a Lifestyle & Wellness Co-ordinator to join our team at Broomcroft House Care Home in Sheffield.
As a Lifestyle & Wellness Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for creating a vibrant, joy-filled atmosphere for our residents. You will plan and deliver exciting events and activities, such as arts and crafts, baking, book clubs, and pub quizzes.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Running morning and afternoon activity sessions
- Producing and updating an activity planner for the home, working within a set activities budget
- Organising birthday surprises for our residents
- Liaising with external companies and performers from the local community to organise days out/events at the home
- Organising one-to-one sessions with our residents, which may involve reminiscing, puzzles, reading, or simply having a cup of tea and a chat
- Supporting the home with their social media channels as required
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a creative thinker with plenty of ideas, able to manage budgets and maintain paperwork, and have a passion for caring for others.

Salary: £12.75 - £13.75 per hour depending on experience and qualifications
