Description
As a Customer Assistant on nights at Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd in East Grinstead, West Sussex, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store runs smoothly. You will be responsible for getting the store ready for the day ahead by filling shelves, maintaining a tidy workspace, collecting and moving stock safely, and using equipment and digital systems to complete tasks.
The ideal candidate will be friendly, welcoming, and enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer service. They will be able to work in a physically demanding role, adapt to overnight work, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential, as well as a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
