Shield AI is seeking a Strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to support its growth across EMEA. This role involves partnering with senior leaders to understand business objectives, growth plans, and capability gaps, and translating these into scalable talent acquisition strategies.

Strategic Talent Partnership

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand business objectives and growth plans.
• Develop data-driven regional talent acquisition strategies.
• Provide market intelligence and competitive hiring strategies.
• Advise leaders on market feasibility from a talent perspective.

Execution with Excellence

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for senior, critical, and hard-to-hire roles.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies for high-impact engineering and commercial talent.
• Shape local hiring approaches while maintaining a consistent global hiring bar.

Employer Branding & Talent Attraction

• Represent Shield AI as an EMEA ambassador for the employer brand.
• Localise the employer value proposition for different EMEA countries.
• Identify and activate employer branding opportunities.
• Ensure a consistent and authentic candidate experience.

Driving at Scale

• Use data to forecast hiring needs and track progress.
• Continuously optimise recruitment performance.
• Improve talent acquisition processes and tools.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a strategic talent acquisition partner in the defence or public sector SaaS space.
• Demonstrated success in supporting new market entries and scaling teams.
• Strong credibility working with senior leaders as a trusted talent advisor.
• Deep understanding of EMEA talent dynamics and sourcing strategies.
• Highly consultative and commercially minded with ability to operate with ambiguity.
