Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at The Stadium Milton Keynes. As a frontline team member, you'll provide exceptional customer service, work collaboratively to meet sales targets, and adapt to changing store demands.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Confidently recommending and selling M&S Food products
- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience
- Contributing to a positive team environment
- Adapting to various areas of the store as needed
Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours during peak periods.
