Lead Physical Therapist (PT), Acute Care

We are seeking a Lead Physical Therapist to join our team at PT Solutions, located at Evansville Ortho IP in Newburgh, Indiana. As a Lead Physical Therapist, you will deliver evidence-based, quality care to patients, establish timely treatment plans, and demonstrate a positive connection with patients, families, and fellow clinicians.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to help individuals recover from surgery, injury, and medical conditions
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient's specific needs
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a CAPTE-approved physical therapy program
• Physical therapist with a minimum of 2 years of experience
• Current or pending state licensure
• Basic Life Support certification

Compensation:

• Annual salary: $87,000 to $95,000, based on a 40-hour workweek schedule
