Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Cannock Orbital, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team, and drive sales growth.
As a Customer Assistant, you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences, ensuring customers feel valued every time they shop with us
- Provide expert knowledge of M&S Food products, making recommendations and driving sales
- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Work flexibly across various areas of the store, adapting to changing demands
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, supporting colleagues in delivering seamless customer experiences
Schedule:
- Sunday: 11:00-15:00
- Wednesday: 11:00-15:00
- Thursday: 11:00-15:00
Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
