Senior Consultant Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions for private banking CRM, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT, vendors, and cross-functional teams to analyse requirements, resolve delivery and production issues, and design technical solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end CRM implementations, including integration with legacy and peripheral systems, data migration, and GDPR compliance.
• Mentor and develop technical teams, establish coding standards, and drive skill development programs.
• Develop reusable frameworks, custom connectors, and automation solutions to accelerate project delivery and ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Provide technical leadership in ALM, DevOps, and system integration, ensuring robust governance and best practices across environments.
• Support pre-sales activities, including solution design, PoC development, and technical presentations for private banking clients.
• Ensure cost-effective, high-quality product solutions throughout the agile development lifecycle, including backlog management, estimation, and defect resolution.
• Provide application incident support during off-business hours and as required by project delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, with at least 4 years in Power Platform architecture and implementation.
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale private banking CRM projects, including system integration, data migration, and regulatory compliance.
• Advanced skills in Power Apps, Dataverse, plugin development, Azure administration, and ETL processes.
• Experience with Power Platform ALM, DevOps, and reusable solution frameworks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience leading teams of 30+ members.
• Microsoft Certifications: MB-210: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant; PL-600: Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect.
• Experience in private banking or financial services CRM is essential.
• Proficiency in Power Platform environments, solutions, and governance.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., ReactJS, AngularJS, Vue.js) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including code optimisation, scalability, and performance.
