Automotive Accessories Category Growth Manager

The Automotive Accessories Growth Manager drives revenue and profitability growth across the automotive accessories’ portfolio.

You will develop and execute data-informed strategies to grow accessory sales, revenue, gross margin, and attachment rates across the vehicle purchase, service, and ownership experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing data-informed strategies to drive growth
• Managing analytical work from defining business questions to communicating insights
• Building and maintaining data models, dashboards, and reporting tools
• Analyzing sales, pricing, demand, customer, channel, cost, inventory, supplier, and product-readiness data
• Recommending actions on pricing, promotions, product bundles, merchandising, assortment, and availability
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to align forecasts, sourcing, and go-to-market performance
• Collaborating with dealerships and channel partners to strengthen product knowledge and sales processes
• Applying AI and automation to improve analytical workflows and efficiency
• Communicating clear findings and recommendations to leadership and influencing decisions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, finance, engineering, economics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, data modeling, revenue management, strategy, planning, or a related discipline
• 2+ years of experience with AI-enabled tools and project-management experience

This position is leadership level 6 and ranges from $115,500-$218,100.
