We are seeking a Food Manager to lead our team in Rhyl. As a Food Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food hall operates efficiently.
Job Responsibilities:
- Role model and coach high standards and efficiency across the food hall
- Manage compliance with processes while maintaining passion and flair for great shopkeeping and customer service
- Ensure that every customer gets the food they want when they shop with us
- Manage performance and capability, conduct disciplinaries, and ensure scheduling and pay are accurate
- Assume overall responsibility for running the store at times, providing direction and support to colleagues
Requirements:
- Previous line management experience in a fast-paced, operational environment
- Ability to provide brilliant customer service and coach a team to do the same
- Experience delivering KPIs and managing disciplinaries, performance issues, and employee relations
- Leadership experience in a high-volume, fast-paced operational setting
