As a Small Format Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, customizing each experience, and anticipating guest needs. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
- Greeting guests and initiating a warm, helpful interaction
- Helping guests find what they need and resolving issues
- Supporting team efforts and assisting peers in other areas
- Adjusting to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience
- Working in all departments to ensure sales floor is full, zoned, and in stock for guests
- Assisting with truck unload process and stocking product to the sales floor
- Executing adjacency changes, transitions, revisions, and sales plans for all departments
- Conducting weekly price change workload and ensuring regular and promotional signing is set accurately
- Completing scans and system audit functions to ensure inventory accuracy
