Brand Operations Associate

The London Metal Exchange is seeking a Brand Operations Associate to join the Sustainability and Physical Markets team. The successful candidate will provide operational, analytical, and administrative support across the management of LME-listed brands.

Responsibilities:

• Support the day-to-day operations of LME Brand Operations, including administering and supporting brand applications, ensuring ongoing compliance with LME brand listing requirements, resolving and responding to warehousing and warranting issues, and processing matters relating to existing LME-listed brands.
• Support the day-to-day operations of SPM Operations, including assisting with stakeholder engagement, reviewing compliance submissions, and contributing to the development, formatting, and maintenance of internal process materials.
• Contribute to the maintenance and monitoring of LMEpassport, LMEsword, and Salesforce.
• Support engagement with producers in relation to LMEpassport submissions.

Requirements:

• A good understanding of the LME and the wider financial services and/or commodities environment would be advantageous.
• Previous knowledge or experience within the metals industry, particularly within an exchange, commodities or related financial services environment, would be highly desirable.
• Good communication skills, professional and possessing good manners, able to interact with significant internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational skills, good administrative skills, ability to prioritise, data management, and analytical assessment and problem-solving skills.
