Description
We are seeking a Sterile Services Technician to join our team in the Decontamination department at Circle Health Group. This is a bank role working on an 'as and when required' basis, supplementing staffing levels during busy periods and providing cover for existing staff during annual leave or absence. The successful candidate will provide a first-class decontamination sterile service to Operating Theatres, clinical departments, and relevant paramedical departments.
Responsibilities:
- Provide decontamination services, including checking, assembly, packing, sterilisation, and delivery of medical and surgical equipment
- Maintain good working relationships with customers
- Promote and maintain Health & Safety within the department
- Ensure all equipment is maintained to the required standard of safety, reporting any faults to Team leader/Manager
- Assist the Team Leaders in liaising with departments to ensure supply of items is maintained
- Comply with all relevant mandatory training

Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate of up to £14.42 per hour (depending on level of experience, training, and qualification)
