Lead / Senior Product Manager, Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF)

The Government Technology Agency (GovTech) is the lead agency driving Singapore's Smart Nation initiatives and public sector digital transformation. As the Centre of Excellence for Infocomm Technology and Smart Systems (ICT & SS), GovTech develops the Singapore Government's capabilities in Data Science & Artificial Intelligence, Application Development, Smart City Technology, Digital Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity.

As Senior/Lead Product Manager at RAiD, RSAF's digital innovation unit, you'll lead product teams building mission-critical digital capabilities for the Air Force, while helping scale product management as a discipline across RSAF's digital units.

Responsibilities:

• Partnering with the Head of Product to scale product management practices across RAiD, and eventually other RSAF digital units
• Monitoring cost and impact across the product portfolio, and making recommendations on streamlining, sunsetting, or doubling down based on ROI
• Leading product teams through the full lifecycle , design, development, launch, and iteration , for products used across the RSAF
• Experimenting with AI methodologies across product management, design, and software development to find real process improvements
• Mentoring junior PMs and supporting their growth
• Shaping portfolio strategy and scouting new domains and workstreams where digital can deliver mission impact for the RSAF

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management or related fields
• Track record leading product teams through the full lifecycle
• Comfort using data to drive portfolio-level decisions
• Experience building or scaling PM practices and mentoring junior PMs
• Strong stakeholder management across technical, operational, and possibly uniformed stakeholders
• Hands-on curiosity applying AI tools to product, design, or engineering workflows
• Singapore Citizenship required
