Beauty Expert

We are seeking a Beauty Expert to join our team at Sephora Roma Via del Tritone. As a Beauty Expert, you will be an ambassador for the Charlotte Tilbury brand, providing exceptional customer service, showcasing high-level makeup artistry, and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed personal sales targets, including KPIs and financial objectives
• Manage inventory and visual merchandising for your area
• Develop strong relationships with partners and the sales team
• Share the brand's magic with customers and Sephora staff, demonstrating product knowledge and delivering memorable experiences
• Prepare and monitor sales reports, track individual productivity, and manage scheduling
• Organize in-store events and optimize makeup services
• Extend customer experiences and build loyalty
• Maintain impeccable grooming and presentation, adhering to Charlotte Tilbury guidelines
• Collaborate positively with colleagues and respect partner guidelines
• Be flexible and willing to travel between nearby stores

Personal Characteristics:

• Passionate about the Charlotte Tilbury brand
• Autonomous and proactive
• Dynamic and commercial-minded
• Experience as a Makeup Artist or similar
• Excellent communication skills
• Intermediate English level; additional language proficiency is a plus
• Active on social media
