Join the team in the M&S Café in Carlisle, a busy retail environment where customers come to recharge. As a Customer Assistant, you will provide warm, five-star service, recommend food and drinks, and operate efficiently during peak periods.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Making food and drink recommendations
- Operating efficiently during busy periods
- Maintaining high food safety standards
- Supporting colleagues and contributing to a high-performance culture
- Being digitally confident and able to use tools to take and fulfil orders
The ideal candidate is someone who can handle a fast-paced environment, stay calm under pressure, and work flexibly. This is a part-time role with set hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday, 11:00 - 15:00.
