Physical Therapist - Rhinelander Home Health

Aspirus Rhinelander in Rhinelander, WI is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Rhinelander Home Health team.

The Physical Therapist provides physical therapy to adult and geriatric patients. Evaluates, establishes treatment plans and goals, and provides or supervises the administration of treatment modalities and procedures to meet patient needs.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and establish treatment plans
• Provide physical therapy to adult and geriatric patients
• Incorporate patient and family education
• Document treatment plans and progress

Requirements:

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in physical therapy from a school accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)
• Current Wisconsin licensure to practice Physical Therapy
• Current BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire
• Valid Driver's License and automobile liability insurance with $100,000/$300,000 coverage

Schedule: .8 FTE/64 hours every two weeks, working day shift hours, Monday-Friday (flexible scheduling)
