Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Meadowhall, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and support sales growth.
You'll be a key ambassador for M&S, delivering five-star service, recommending products, and ensuring customers feel valued.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent customer service in a high-pressure environment
- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience
- Working collaboratively as part of a team
- Adapting to changing demands and priorities
- Maintaining a sharp and focused attitude during busy periods
Hours of work:
- Week 1: Monday to Wednesday 15:00 - 22:00, Saturday 14:00 - 21:00
- Week 2: Sunday 14:00 - 21:00
- Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
