Procurement Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our Procurement team at Red Bull France as an intern. The successful candidate will work closely with the Strategic Procurement Specialist to support the development and implementation of procurement strategies.

The internship will last for 6 months, starting from January 2027. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, including a strategic tender for sustainable development focused on waste collection, sorting, and recycling.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sustainable development tender, including requirement gathering, data consolidation, supplier offer comparison, negotiation, and decision-making documentation preparation.
• Develop and implement procurement tools and models, such as key performance indicators and supplier performance evaluation frameworks.
• Enhance the existing procurement webpage to centralise processes, models, useful contacts, and best practices.
• Improve contract tracking, purchasing documents, and index management.

Requirements:

• Currently studying for a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or supply chain management.
• Previous experience in procurement or a related field is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to structure information.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in French (native or bilingual) and good written and spoken English.
