Description
We are seeking an Associate in Corporate to join our Global M&A and Corporate practice. As an Associate, you will work on a wide range of complex and challenging projects within our Corporate team, collaborating closely with specialist teams in Competition, Finance, Tax, Employment, Dispute Resolution, Real Estate, and Regulatory.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice to clients on various corporate law issues
- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, corporate documents, and documentation related to extraordinary transactions/M&A
- Manage and conduct legal due diligence activities
- Support daily client relationships
- Train, guide, and mentor trainees and interns
Requirements:
- Law degree in Jurisprudence with an excellent academic record
- Admission to the Italian Bar (Avvocato)
- 1-2 years of experience (PQE) in corporate law and M&A
- Proven experience in an international law firm or a leading Italian law firm
- Excellent fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Strong teamwork and client service skills
