Talent Brand Manager

GitLab is seeking a Talent Brand Manager to shape how current and prospective team members understand what it means to work here. The successful candidate will bring GitLab's employer value proposition to life through storytelling, recruitment marketing, candidate education, and experiences that connect the company's external reputation to its internal culture.

Responsibilities:

• Translate GitLab's employer value proposition and company direction into clear, differentiated, and authentic candidate-facing messaging.
• Deliver integrated talent brand campaigns across various channels.
• Develop and curate stories featuring team members, leaders, teams, culture, values, career growth, and the impact of working at GitLab.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to create targeted content and campaigns.
• Improve candidate journey touchpoints with transparent, consistent, and relevant information.
• Use content, channel, candidate feedback, and funnel metrics to improve performance.
• Collaborate across GitLab to ensure content accuracy, inclusivity, and cultural relevance.
• Manage projects and external partners while improving talent brand processes.

Requirements:

• Experience in talent brand, employer brand, recruitment marketing, content strategy, or a related field.
• Experience translating a brand or employer value proposition into content or campaigns.
• Strong storytelling, writing, editing, and editorial judgment skills.
• Experience planning and delivering campaigns with multiple stakeholders.
• Comfort using performance data, audience insights, and market research.
• Experience influencing across functions and working with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and prioritize competing work.

Salary Range: $95,200-$160,800 USD
