FBS Scrum Master II

We are seeking a FBS Scrum Master II to exhibit the fundamental qualities of a servant leader and demonstrate the principles and benefits of the Agile framework to improve team performance. As a Scrum Master, you will assist teams in meeting their delivery goals through enforcing team working agreements, communication techniques, coordination and cooperation, identifying and eliminating impediments, and ongoing coaching and development.

Responsibilities:

• Acts as a servant leader for a single team and stakeholders
• Aids the team and Product Owner in managing and sequencing the backlog
• Leads less complex teams with work contained with limited external team impact or dependencies
• Eliminates impediments and resolves issues with frequent support from Release Train Engineer or other resources
• Resolves and manages dependencies with frequent guidance from Release Train Engineer or other resources
• Manages team performance in the areas of quality, predictability, flow and velocity
• Utilizes beginner coaching capabilities to influence the team and help coach on practices and procedures
• Participates, facilitates and manages the outputs of all agile ceremonies
• Demonstrates ongoing desire for knowledge and continuous improvement

• Team Facilitation skills - Intermediate
• Software / Tool Skills: Microsoft Tools - Entry Level (1-3 Years), Rally / Jira Experience - Entry Level (1-3 Years), Usage of AI tools - Entry Level (1-3 Years)
