Sales Implementation Associate

This role blends technical problem-solving with sales and customer service. You'll help small business owners get their payroll and HR set up correctly, entering their past information, catching mistakes, and guiding them through state and federal tax guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Handle high-volume customer interactions across phone and email
• Manage your ticket queue like a seller owns their opportunity pipeline
• Proactively position plan upgrades and surface cross-sell opportunities
• Catch tax discrepancies live and troubleshoot unfamiliar state portals
• Configure sick time, PTO, and overtime policies for compliance
• Work across teams, including Risk, to solve customer issues
• Use assigned AI tools daily to surface friction and inefficiencies

Requirements:

• 1+ years in a high-volume sales or customer service role
• Eager to learn about tax codes, compliance rules, and payroll
• Customer-obsessed with strong communication skills
• Goal-oriented and competitive with drive to hit numbers
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience integrating AI into daily work
