Description
As a Technical Engineering Operator at 3M's Aearo Technologies plant in Ensenada, Baja California, you will play a key role in ensuring procedures, instructions, and work regulations are followed, and quality, safety, and environmental policies are upheld.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring your own safety and that of your colleagues
- Accurate calculation of raw materials
- Creating base electronic patterns for manufacturing
- Meeting standards and procedures in your area
- Motivating productivity goal achievement for your production line
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Completed secondary education / related degree
- Result-oriented approach
- Teamwork skills
- Discipline in procedures
- Availability to work rotating shifts
Desirable experience and skills include:
- Interpretation of engineering drawings and plans
- Basic Excel skills
- Basic knowledge of technical drawing (AutoCAD or similar)
