We're looking for passionate, fashion-forward individuals who are ready to drive sales, grow our share in the style space, and help customers discover our most on-trend and fashionable products.
As a Customer Assistant, you will:
- Operate in a high-demand environment, providing excellent customer service
- Be digitally confident, utilizing our digital tools to enhance the customer experience
- Maintain high standards of efficiency and effectiveness, balancing speed and accuracy
- Contribute to a positive store environment, supporting your colleagues
- Be flexible and adapt to changing demands
Working hours:
- Sunday: 20 hours
- Monday: 15:30-19:30
- Tuesday: 06:00-10:00
- Wednesday: 15:30-19:30
- Thursday: variable
- Friday: 06:00-10:00
- Saturday: 15:30-19:30
Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
