Senior Product Manager

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team.

You'll manage the roadmap, capturing work from various inputs, understanding and prioritising tasks to ensure your team works on the most impactful projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the product roadmap
• Deeply understanding the problems you're tackling through research and customer interactions
• Collaborating with your team to imagine future solutions
• Scoping solutions to their smallest coherent state for early shipment to customers
• Evaluating solution effectiveness through quantitative and qualitative measures
• Maintaining product quality and delivering world-class software
• Motivating a team of committed professionals

Requirements:

• 5+ years of product experience with a proven track record of shipping impactful products
• Experience collaborating with multiple teams and managing several projects simultaneously
• Strong collaboration with design and passion for end-user experience
• Demonstrable experience leading a team
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
• Experience working with qualitative and quantitative customer insights
• Entrepreneurial mindset and self-driven
• Organised and able to switch between creative and analytical thinking
