Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer. We're seeking passionate individuals who take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products and are ready to deliver five-star service at pace.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing remarkable service to ensure customers feel valued
- Confidently recommending and selling new food products
- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience
- Contributing to a positive, high-energy environment as a team player
- Adapting to changing demands and working across various areas of the store
This is a part-time, early morning role, working Wednesday to Saturday from 04:00-08:00. Please note that the + £3.00 p/h unsocial premium is only added on any hours worked between 22:00-06:00. Due to health and safety legislation, this role is not suitable for applicants under 18.
