Director Executive Communications

Electronic Arts is seeking a Director of Executive Communications to lead internal and external communications for the Chief Experiences Officer.

The successful candidate will develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy that supports the executive's mission, business goals, and team positioning. This involves collaborating with C-suite executives, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams to craft compelling narratives that build credibility and understanding of EA's long-term strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing internal and external communications strategies
• Serving as a strategic advisor to the Chief Experiences Officer
• Managing media relations and executive visibility
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders
• Overseeing internal communications and channels
• Directing high-impact presentations and external speaking opportunities

Requirements:

• 14+ years of experience in executive communications, corporate communications, public relations, or related fields
• Significant experience advising C-suite executives or senior leaders
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Proven ability to translate complex topics into clear narratives
• Deep experience with media relations, thought leadership, and issues management
• Strong understanding of business, technology, entertainment, gaming, media, and cultural trends
