International Payroll Analyst

Reddit is seeking an experienced International Payroll Analyst to own and scale our international payroll operations across LATAM, EMEA, and APAC regions.

As a key individual contributor, you will combine data-driven execution, meticulous attention to detail, and international tax compliance to support a rapidly growing workforce.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, audit, and execute multi-country payroll delivery across 15+ international countries
• Lead the payroll calendar and operating cadence across countries
• Partner with local in-country payroll providers to maintain strict adherence to regional pay schedules and statutory processing windows
• Oversee international equity compensation payroll processing and ensure full regulatory compliance
• Act as functional lead for payroll technology projects, leveraging Workday to automate workflows and optimize system configurations
• Partner with Benefits, People Operations, Legal, and Finance, and manage external vendor relationships
• Establish, document, and enforce global payroll policies, SOX controls, and standard operating procedures
• Support special business initiatives, including M&A integrations and new country market entries

Requirements:

• 5+ years of progressive payroll operations experience in a high-growth, publicly traded tech company with a global footprint
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in payroll, accounting, finance, human resources, or a related field
• Proficiency with Workday Payroll and global payroll software platforms
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for complex data analysis and reconciliation
• Thorough understanding of global equity taxation, statutory compliance, and international labor laws
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and exceptional communication skills
