HR Generalist

We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our team at AVL Hungary Kft., a leading research and development center in powertrain systems.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including profile matching, candidate screening, and onboarding.
• Support the smooth integration and onboarding of new employees.
• Prepare employment contracts, amendments, and other employment-related documentation.
• Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to employees and managers on various HR-related topics.
• Implement, prepare, and continuously improve HR processes.
• Handle administrative tasks related to the entire employee lifecycle.
• Prepare HR-related reports, statements, presentations, and other documentation.
• Support HR projects and take responsibility for assigned project tasks.

Requirements:

• University degree.
• Previous experience in an HR Generalist role or a similar position.
• Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle activities.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and hands-on approach.
• Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
• Fluent Hungarian language knowledge.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken; German language skills are an advantage.
