Renewals Analyst

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies - from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups - use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities.

The Renewals Analyst role is part of Stripe's growing Renewals business, focusing on driving growth and providing strategic and operational partnership to specialized sellers, cross-functional product partners, and leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Set annual and quarterly SOKRs and track performance.
• Build actionable reports and insights for leadership reporting forums.
• Prepare for QBRs and other leadership meetings.
• Examine operational or financial data to uncover trends and guide decision-making.
• System and operational workflow management analysis and investigation.
• Improve business processes through data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of operations experience in a software solutions or technology company.
• 3+ years working with a GTM or Sales organization.
• Strong comfort with LLM and AI tooling (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, or Open AI).
• Data Analytics (Google Sheets/Excel data manipulation, SQL).
• Business and operational SLA reporting.
• Communicate clearly, proactively, and concisely.
• Self-starter and comfortable dealing with ambiguity.

Preferred qualifications:

• Tableau or SFDC report development experience.
• Experience as a User and Report developer
