Relay operates a delivery network that generates rich location and movement data every day. Understanding that data , and turning it into improvements across the delivery operation , is the focus of this role.
As Staff Data Scientist for Geospatial, you will own the location and movement datasets that underpin Relay's delivery operation, defining how they are built, measured, and evolved. You will use signals from across the network to build models that make the operation faster and more reliable.

- Coach and mentor other data scientists on technical approach, production standards, and problem decomposition.
Requirements
- You have deep experience with geospatial data, telemetry, or GPS trace processing.
- You love maps and urban geography.
- You are motivated by complex problems with high impact.
- You understand what it takes to own a production data product end to end , you treat observability, testing, and incident response as core responsibilities.
