Description
We are seeking a Shift Supervisor to manage and operate our store in Ashdod, Israel.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing and leading a team of pickers, warehouse staff, and cashiers
- Allocating tasks and prioritizing daily activities
- Managing and controlling inventory in real-time
- Receiving and inspecting goods
- Maintaining order, cleanliness, and adherence to food safety regulations
- Collaborating with the store manager and reporting operational issues
Requirements:
- Previous experience in shift management, preferably in retail, logistics, or food industry
- Ability to lead a team, take responsibility, and work under pressure
- Good organizational skills, punctuality, and interpersonal relationships
- Willingness to work physically demanding shifts, including weekends
The role offers a salary of 42 ILS per hour, with potential bonuses of up to 8 ILS per hour based on performance.
