Description

As Treasury Manager at Okta, you will be part of the Treasury team, reporting to the Senior Director, Treasury. You will help grow and mature a scalable global treasury practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily global liquidity, manage global cash forecasting processes, and ensure cash management aligns with Okta's financial goals, policies, and international subsidiary needs.
  • Lead global bank account management including strategic account opening and closing, maintaining signatory lists, KYC compliance, and administration of banking portals.
  • Support capital markets activities, debt/equity issuance, capital structure analysis, and execution of corporate finance strategies.
  • Lead or co-lead the global FX exposure identification and analysis.
  • Own Treasury SOX controls, reporting, and policy compliance, ensuring a robust framework of financial and operational controls.
  • Support the ongoing and optimization of the Kyriba Treasury Management System.
  • Partner closely with internal groups,including Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Audit, and Legal,to execute treasury-related projects, corporate initiatives, and FX accounting/reconciliation.
  • Lead strategic ad-hoc Treasury projects and process improvements.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in global corporate treasury, capital markets, or equivalent corporate finance at an established global public company.
  • Hands-on experience executing FX hedging strategies and supporting capital markets or debt/equity operations.
  • Demonstrated experience in international and US Treasury cash management and subsidiary liquidity management.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to multitask across complex initiatives, and high attention to detail.
  • Direct experience with treasury management systems (Kyriba), Bloomberg, Clearwater, and major banking/trading portals.

Ideal Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related Business discipline; CTP or CFA is a plus.
  • High level of intellectual curiosity, a strong desire to continuously learn, and a proactive attitude.
  • High level of emotional intelligence, integrity, motivation, and leadership presence.
  • Sound and practical financial judgment, as well as the ability to think strategically and develop strong working relationships with key internal clients.
