Senior Manager (MSc Programs Office) - School of Business and Management

The HKUST Business School's MSc Programs Office is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our team.

The Senior Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall student experience, driving growth, and fostering innovation and excellence in our MSc programs.

Key responsibilities:

• Spearhead the development of new MSc programs and oversee their implementation.
• Engage with academic and corporate partners to foster innovation and excellence.
• Contribute to alumni development and strengthen connections with alumni.
• Implement new initiatives and project development, and collect relevant data to inform decision-making.
• Act as the primary point of contact and coordinator for internal and external parties.
• Oversee the office's daily operations and manage staff supervision.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business discipline.
• At least 7 years of relevant post-qualification experience in program administration and/or the education sector.
• Strong leadership and management skills, including supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided where applicable. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
