Senior Director, FP&A - Shooters & ARPG

Electronic Arts is seeking a Senior Director, FP&A to lead business support for its Shooters & Action Role-Playing Games (ARPG) portfolio. The successful candidate will serve as an embedded and trusted senior advisor to Studio & Franchise businesses and teams, and as an experienced leader in the Global Finance organization.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leaders across the business to support financial elements associated with the successful execution of Shooters / ARPG strategies.
• Provide actionable insights with a lens towards strategic execution and return on investments.
• Manage the holistic health of various businesses, including full P&L responsibility.
• Lead the financial planning process, including long-range, annual, and in-year planning cycles.
• Establish and track performance measurements across major offerings and projects.
• Serve as a leadership partner on behalf of Shooters/ ARPG FP&A with other Finance teams / disciplines.

Qualifications:

• 12+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership in senior-level roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Advanced financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience utilizing AI and technology solutions to improve financial processes, analytics, and decision-making.
