Description

Anduril Industries is seeking a Corporate Facility Security Officer (FSO) to join our rapidly growing team at our Headquarters in Costa Mesa, CA.

The Corporate Facility Security Officer (FSO) is responsible for implementing the DoD industrial security program and ensuring company and customer security requirements are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Submit sponsorship packages for new FCLs; submit documentation for new Anduril FCLs when required
  • Manage acquisitions, ensuring new CAGE codes are issued, contracts are novated, DD254s are revised, SF312 and organisational structures are updated, and DCSA and other customers requests are met
  • Manage the master list of Anduril DD254s and Security Classification Guides (SCGs)
  • Act as a member of the FOCI Council, ensuring all FOCI requirements are met for the company
  • Manage international contracts and proposals
  • Work with business lines to ensure the Security Department is aware of upcoming requirements
  • Update SF312s and work with Legal to ensure Anduril organisational structure is updated with DCSA at all times
  • Work with the SETA team and program managers to develop Security Classification Guide (SCG) training, CUI training, and OPSEC training
  • Manage and maintain NISS for the Home Office
  • Provide inputs to the security sections in response to Request for Proposals (RFP), Broad Agency Announcements (BAA), and other documentation as needed
  • Develop and maintain an OPSEC program for the company
  • Work with a variety of stakeholders and collaborators including but not limited to: Program Management, Classified IT, Classified Networks/Mission Assurance, Insider Threat and Counterintelligence, Physical Security, Legal
  • Review performance work statements (PWS) or Statements of Work (SOW) for contracts and ensure properly executed DD Form 254s
  • Report vital site and program information to the Deputy Director of Industrial Security

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of FSO experience
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent (4 years)
  • Expert-level knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117, National Industrial Security Operating Manual (NISPOM) Rule, SF-86, SF-312, DD-254, 441, 441-1, SF-328, 147, and other government forms
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret Security Classification Guides (SCG) from multiple customers and business sectors
  • Must hold Facility Program Management for Possessing Facilities certification
  • Must hold a current U.S. TOP SECRET security clearance
  • Strong knowledge of DISS, e-QIP, NISS, and ISFD, SAM.gov
  • Experience working in a fast-moving, dynamic environment with multiple government customers and program managers
  • Ability to communicate policy and procedures clearly and effectively
  • Able to meet timelines and prioritise demands effectively
  • Experience developing and implementing OPSEC plans
  • Must have the ability to work in a dynamic environment and effectively interact with numerous DOD, military/civilian personnel and industry partners
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Possess a high degree of originality, creativity, initiative requiring minimal supervision
