We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as an intern in Product & Customization Offer: Product Management Offer Strategy. As part of our team, you will contribute to shaping the future of our products by analyzing market trends, developing long-term product strategies, and ensuring our vehicles meet customer needs and market requirements.
Your main tasks will include:
- Collaborating on product and offer strategies for vehicles and special equipment
- Conducting market, competitive, and trend analyses
- Creating decision-making templates
- Contributing to the evaluation of new vehicle projects in early development phases (e.g., e-Mobility, automated driving)
- Developing sales forecasts, business cases, and preparing and visualizing analysis results
- Conducting and evaluating product-related market research
- Working on interdisciplinary projects with product management, sales, and controlling
- Supporting the organization of internal events and product workshops
This internship will provide you with:

Requirements:
- Currently studying economics, engineering (with a focus on marketing, sales, automotive economics, innovation management, or mechanical engineering), business psychology, market research, or a comparable field (at least in the 3rd semester or gap year between bachelor and master)
- Ideally, first practical experiences in the areas of automotive technology, sales, strategy, market analysis, or pricing with good industry knowledge and interest in the automotive industry
- Very good analytical skills, structured way of working, and joy in understandable preparation of complex topics
- Good statistics and analysis skills as well as experience in data preparation and visualization
- High affinity for automobiles, curiosity about mobility trends and customer behavior
- Independent and structured way of working
- Pronounced team and communication ability as well as flexibility
- Safe handling of MS Office
- Very good German and English skills (min. B2)
The internship will last 5 to 6 months, starting in February/March or September/October.
