General Maintenance - Part Time - Holiday Inn Dulles - Starting at $20/hour

We are seeking a part-time General Maintenance associate to join our team at Holiday Inn Dulles. You will be responsible for providing assistance in engineering operations, including maintenance, repair of hotel property, outside grounds, hotel equipment, preventative maintenance, and asset protection.

Responsibilities:

• Learn and demonstrate the ability to maintain property assets
• Work with the Chief Engineer to understand preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, routine inspections, and capital expenditures
• Assist and respond to guests' requests in a friendly and positive manner
• Assess and evaluate property assets through preventative maintenance
• Work collaboratively with all others to meet guest needs
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group, brand, local, state, and federal regulations
• Produce required volume of work by planning, organizing, and prioritizing work duties

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 100 pounds on a regular basis
• Attention to detail, customer-focused, and ability to perform job duties in a fast-paced environment
