Underground Plumber

Carter's Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is seeking an Underground Plumber to join their team in White Lake, MI. The company aims to serve every customer with excellence while fostering a positive, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with plumbing upgrades, installations, replacements, and water treatment installations
• Complete assigned work efficiently, accurately, and according to company standards
• Build strong relationships with customers and create a positive service experience
• Communicate clearly with customers to understand their needs and help them make informed decisions
• Represent the company professionally and demonstrate knowledge and confidence in your work
• Work closely with technicians, installers, coworkers, and management to ensure jobs are completed successfully
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Accurately complete required paperwork, documentation, and job assignments in a timely manner
• Help maintain company vehicles by keeping trucks clean, organized, and properly stocked with assigned inventory
• Participate actively in company-provided training and on-the-job learning opportunities
• Continue developing your plumbing skills and knowledge to grow within the trade

Requirements:

• Well-rounded, self-sufficient service plumber with hands-on plumbing experience
• Ability to work independently and confidently manage your own service van
• ServiceTitan experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Ability to follow instructions, company procedures, and safety standards
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
