Description
We are seeking a talented Designer to join our Red Bull Energy Wear team in Elsbethen, Salzburg, Austria. As a Designer, you will be responsible for creating bold, relevant, and original designs that bring Red Bull Energy Wear collections to life.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of design experience, ideally in apparel, fashion, merchandise, or lifestyle, with a degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, or a related field. You will be proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with a strong portfolio showcasing your original graphics, apparel concepts, and final products.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting trend forecasting and competitive analysis to identify relevant developments and keep collections fresh and forward-thinking
- Developing original design and graphic concepts, creating innovative solutions that are aligned with the Red Bull brand identity
- Defining color palettes, fabric choices, prints, and the overall look & feel of each collection
- Translating initial ideas into graphics and apparel collections, ensuring that each product contributes to a cohesive overall concept
- Collaborating closely with Product Management to ensure that designs are both aspirational and producible
- Presenting design ideas and collections to internal and external stakeholders in a clear, compelling, and professional way
