Live Support Football Production

Electronic Arts is seeking a Live Support Operator to ensure smooth matchday operations and excellent data quality. As the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders during live football matches, you will prepare and monitor tracking systems and tools, oversee live data creation and transmission processes, perform troubleshooting, and communicate with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare matches, including system calibration, stakeholder communication, and production environment testing
• Monitor tracking systems and tracking operator performance during live games
• Oversee live data creation and delivery flows, including data and threshold sanity checks
• Prepare match reports
• Ensure proper data storage and documentation
• Handover data to post-match analysis teams

Qualifications & Skills:

• Enrolled as a student
• Fluent in German and basic English skills
• Available for weekend and night shifts
• Experience with basic computer applications
• Detail-oriented mindset
