Description
As a Wellness Advisor at Sodexo, you will play a key role in delivering a holistic approach to health and wellness across three pillars: Wellbeing & Mental Health, Fitness, and Experiences.
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for:
- Promoting healthy lifestyles and providing nutritional advice in line with Nutrition Australia guidelines
- Leading group fitness classes, conducting health assessments, and creating exercise programs
- Organizing social events, sports, and resident engagement activities
- Maintaining the gym facility and ensuring its cleanliness
- Collaborating with management teams, stakeholders, and external vendors
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Certificate IV in Fitness (nationally recognised)
- CPR and First Aid certification
- A Western Australian Driver’s License
- A Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol testing
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and digital tools
- Experience with event planning and community engagement is desirable
As a leader in wellness, you will drive health promotion initiatives, lead gym programs, and foster resident engagement. You will work closely with management teams and liaise with stakeholders, client representatives, and external vendors.
