Category Manager - EU

We are looking for a superstar Category Manager to join our EU team! As a Category Manager, you will lead Skincare & Fragrance category performance, portfolio management and strategic growth across Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver Skincare & Fragrance category strategy to achieve Retail and Gross sales and market share expectations
• Build category visions, growth plans and portfolio architecture
• Review sales, market share and portfolio productivity with the shared Category Analyst
• Monitor competitors and European market needs
• Manage category new product development (NPD) and promotional product plans
• Own category forecasting inputs and volume assumptions for NPD and core
• Optimise the Skincare & Fragrance portfolio for differentiated channel strategies
• Develop and implement agreed pricing, positioning and lifecycle recommendations
• Lead category launch planning and readiness with Go-To-Market, VM, Sales, REOPS and Communications
• Oversee sampling, post-production units (PPUs), tokens of appreciation (TOAs) and AOV drivers
• Evaluate launch attainment and sell-through with the Category Analyst
• Brief, prioritise and review shared Analyst work alongside the other Category Manager

Requirements:

• Demonstrable marketing experience, preferably in beauty, skincare or fragrance
• Proven category or portfolio ownership and experience in product, category or brand marketing
• Strong strategic and commercial capability
• Experience coordinating launches and working across markets and functions
• Good commercial acumen, with strategic category thinking and strong analytical capability
• Experienced managing multiple stakeholders
• Strong collaborator, agile thinker, results driven and strive for success
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines in a timely manner and ruthlessly prioritise
• Exceptional organisational and prioritising skills
• A natural curiosity, passion and love for the beauty industry
